Thank you for your follow up phone call. I gave the print to my husband, Gary, last Sunday at a family cookout. It was a huge hit.
I really appreciate all the detail you put into the painting. The dedication on the back was wonderful too. Gary and our entire family loved it! Please pass my thanks along to your dad for incorporating all my suggestions beautifully!
Kind regards to you and your family!

Yesterday was my husbands (Battalion Chief) last day of his 32.5 year career. With his entire shift and City fathers in attendance I presented him with his picture. He had tears in his eyes and had to have one of his officers read the certificate on the back. It was the absolute best present I could have ever given him. Everyone took the time to look at all of the personal detailing. Anyone who wants to really make an impact to saluting a loved ones career, this is the gift worth giving. What an heirloom to pass on to generations to come. It may the only thing in our estate that the four kids will fight over. Thanks for such great customer service. I felt like the painting was done by a true family member. Keep up the good work.
Yours Truly

This is one of the best Fire purchases I have ever made. Thanks for the great print and the great customer service you provided. After talking to you on the phone about my picture I knew it was going to be professionally done, but I was surprised about how well it was done. I do appreciate all the extra work that you put into it. My family thought that you did an excellent job. After seeing the print we are glad we didn't hesitate on ordering a picture for our oldest son. Thank you Lt. Col. Bruce Himes. (Below is Bruce Himes Jr.'s Print)
